Jermaine Francis is the Founder and CEO of IGotYouCareerServices LLC, a veteran-owned career development company dedicated to transforming how students and professionals navigate their career journeys. A U.S. Navy veteran with eight years of distinguished service as an Air Traffic Controller and Naval Career Counselor, Jermaine brings a unique blend of military discipline, strategic thinking, and genuine passion for helping others succeed.

With over a decade of experience in career development and program management, Jermaine has successfully guided over 2,000 professionals towards achieving their career aspirations. He holds an MBA in Management and a Master's in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, as well as a Bachelor's in Organizational Management.

Jermaine is the creator of Aura, an AI-powered career navigation platform designed to deliver personalized career pathway mapping, resume optimization, and interview preparation at scale. He also developed the Aggie Career Pathway Advisor (ACPA), a proprietary methodology that combines data-driven assessment with personalized mentorship to help students and professionals identify and pursue their ideal career paths.
